Who processes payments?
Xukium Plus payments are processed by Paddle. Xukium does not store full card numbers. Available payment methods depend on your region and are shown at checkout.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes: monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel the renewal at any time; see the subscriptions and refunds policy.
What about taxes?
Prices are in USD. Depending on your country, taxes may be added, which Paddle shows before you confirm the purchase.
Is cancelling the same as asking for a refund?
No. Cancelling stops future renewals; a refund is a separate request evaluated under the applicable conditions. We explain it in the refund policy.
