XUKIUMThis policy complements the Terms and Conditions and describes the use we expect from people who use Xukium.
1. User commitments
By using Xukium you agree to:
- use the Service in accordance with applicable law;
- not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts, systems or data;
- not tamper with payments, licenses or security mechanisms;
- not bypass your plan's limits or access paid features without a subscription;
- not use the application to facilitate unlawful activities;
- respect third-party intellectual property rights;
- not use the Service in a way that compromises its operation or security, for example through attacks, deliberate overload or abusive automation;
- comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and the terms of the external services you use (Modrinth, playit.gg, Paddle, etc.).
2. Servers, mods and content
You are responsible for what you run on your servers. You must not use Xukium to host or distribute illegal content, malicious software, material that infringes third-party rights or content that puts other people at risk.
3. Reverse engineering and licenses
You may not decompile, modify or alter the Application to bypass the license system, forge the status of a subscription or share accounts or licenses in a way that harms the plan model, except to the extent applicable law expressly allows.
4. Consequences
If you breach this policy we may, in proportion to the seriousness: ask you to correct the conduct, limit features, temporarily suspend the account or close it permanently. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. This does not affect the rights and obligations the law recognizes for both parties.
5. How to report a problem or vulnerability
If you spot abuse, a security flaw or a vulnerability, report it through support. We ask you to act in good faith: do not access other people's data, do not degrade the service and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
